Check in the quilts all bagged and tagged. Unload the boxes stored for the last year with the materials we use year to year. (signs, drapes, pads for under the racks, hooks, cash boxes, white gloves) The gloves are new this year because the old ones were all stretched out and gross. Unload and set up all the rented equipment: tables, chairs, hanging racks. Review the quilt setup map that Carrie compiled. Place the bagged quilts at their assigned rack space. HANG the quilts! Thanks to the husbands who helped too (and brought their ladders). Let in the vendors so they can set up their booths. Drape the tables for the penny raffle and boutique. Setup the raffle. Set up the boutique. (plenty of lovely items to buy! Many fat bottom bags!!) Put up all the signs. Busy day.
